By accessing or using Vani Health's mobile application and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Description of Service
Vani is an AI-powered health companion designed to help users track and manage symptoms related to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Our Service includes:
- Voice and text-based AI conversations
- Symptom tracking and logging
- Health insights and pattern recognition
- Community features for peer support
- Lab result analysis and explanations

User Accounts

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of our Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can manage subscriptions through your device's app store
- Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policies
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users or our business.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vani Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
- Any health decisions made based on information from our Service

- Any interruption or cessation of the Service
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
